We love apple Cider vinegar

“When the seasons change, our bodies respond to the natural cycles of nature. And when a change of season occurs, it’s a lovely time to do a very gentle, nurturing, cleansing for body, mind, heart, and spirit.”

In a world dominated by modern medicine, there is a growing movement to rediscover the age-old wisdom of using food as medicine and medicine as food. One remarkable elixir that embodies this holistic approach is Fire Cider, a potent concoction of herbs and spices that has become a gateway for many to explore the intersection of culinary arts and healing traditions.

Fire Cider stands as a symbol of the harmonious relationship between food and medicine. As more people embrace this holistic elixir, they are not only fortifying their immune systems but also opening the door to a broader understanding of the healing potential in their kitchens. Fire Cider, with its rich history and diverse benefits, serves as a reminder that the path to wellness is not just a prescription away but often starts with the simple act of savouring the nourishing gifts of nature.

Horseradish, garlic, turmeric, ginger, red chilli, onion, peppercorns, orange & lemon. Are all infused in our apple cider vinegar, along with blossom honey. to make our Fire Cider. We then let it mellow for a couple of months

Since launching the Sicilian Blood orange and warm spices, we have discovered it is very good at easing heartburn and indigestion. It is also a delicious soft drink when paired with sparkling water. A drink that is actually good for you, with absolutely no chemicals, added colour, flavourings or preservatives.

Our delicious Scottish Honeyberry, pink peppercorn and rose is ready! Honeyberries originate from Japan, and are used in many ways, both culinary and for health. The Scottish climate is ideal for growing them here. They are rich in antioxidants, and have anti-inflammatory properties. They have neuro-protective and cardio-protective properties. Rose petals are rich in vitamins A and E, which support natural collagen production for healthy skin, hair and nails. Pink peppercorns are antiseptic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. And have been used to treat rheumatism, menstrual spasm, bronchitis and urinary system infections.

Our blood oranges come straight from the farmer in Sicily. Grown naturally, with no chemicals, only rain and clean soil.

They have been infusing with our warm spices blend for over two months, to make a very special limited edition vinegar.

The spices are the freshest cardamom, black pepper, the very best Ceylon cinnamon & pink fairy cloves from small farming communities in India.

Available from March. Grab your bottle before it sells out!
